  • GIULIANOVA

    The origins of Giulianova are remote, the first Roman settlements date back to 290 BC. Do not miss: San Flaviano’s cathedral; Sant’Antonio church, the library and the art gallery “V.Bindi”, The Sanctuary of Madonna dello Splendore and “Belvedere square”.

  • TORTORETO ALTO

    This little and cute village is situated on a steep hillside in a panoramic position overlooking the sea. Do not miss: The Church of Santa Maria della Misericordia, the church of San Flaviano.

  • TERAMO

    The city has very ancient origins, having been inhabited since prehistoric. Do not miss: 2 symbolic monuments of this city are the Cathedral (1158) and the Roman Theatre (30 B C). Also worth a visit the Museum, the Art Gallery, Santa Monica’s castle, the Church of Maria Santissima delle Grazie (1153) and the church of Sant’Antonio (1127).

  • ATRI

    It seems that its origin goes back to the Etruscans or is linked to the colony of Syracuse. Do not miss: The Cathedral (XIII sec.), the church of Santa reparata, the Bishop’s Palace, the Municipal Theatre and the Municipal Museum.

  • CAMPLI

    Village of pre-Romanic origins, it offers the most typical aspect of Abruzzi, not corrupted by modern times.Do not miss: the town palace – “Palazzo Farnese” (XIV century), the Church of Saint Francesco d’Assisi (XIV century), the Church of Santa Maria in Platea” (XIV century), the Holy Stairs.

  • CASTELLI

    Castelli has been renamed the “Homeland of ceramic”. Do not miss: the Civic Museum of Abruzzo’s ceramics, the School of Art (where you can admire a beautiful crib made of ceramic), the Church of Saint Donato with the vault all covered with ceramic-tiles.

  • CIVITELLA

    The town of Civitella del Tronto is located on a rocky spur in the Salinello Valley. It was founded in the X century, and represents the last borbonic fortress. Do not miss: the Fortress, the Church of Saint Francesco, the Church of Saint Lorenzo.

  • SAN GABRIELE

    The sanctuary of Saint Gabriele, the saint of young folk, of miracles and of smile.
